Had a productive stay at Ona Las Rampas. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with good air conditioning. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making my work trip much easier.

We faced issues with broken Wi-Fi, minimal toiletries that weren't replenished, and a rented safe, despite it being included in the reservation. The sheets had stains, and it took several days for the television to be fixed. To top it off, the pool was out of commission during our stay, forcing us to find alternatives at the beach. While the location is a high point, the noise from the surrounding area can be disruptive late at night. Overall, it felt like the hotel had potential but was falling short in key areas.

I found the staff charming and the hotel was spotlessly clean. It was only a few steps to La Plaza de los Chinorros and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, making my stay full of enjoyable city strolls.

Really loved this place! The vibe is super chill with old-school charm. The pool area was nice and the staff always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast had a solid selection too. Just wish the lifts were a bit faster, though they had two. Overall, it was a cozy hotel close to everything.
